IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

-This is our last week with our 8th graders on campus. Please keep them in your prayers as

they prepare for graduation and their future in high school and beyond.

-First Holy Communion is Saturday, May 18th @ 10 a.m. at St. Joseph. We are very excited for

our second graders to receive the Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist.

-There is an NDS school Mass on Sunday, May 19th @ 12 p.m.. at St. Joseph.

THANK YOU

A huge thank you to the PTG, especially Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Hartmann, for the delicious treats

all week in the staff room. We are very grateful and appreciate you very much! Also thank you

very much for all the gifts, special treats, and kind words that have been given to staff this week.

YEARBOOKS

Students will sign yearbooks on May 20th 1:15 p.m. Every student will receive a yearbook as

part of the registration fee from last school year. Thank you very much to Ms. Burgos and Mrs.

Engel for their time and effort in making a wonderful yearbook for all to enjoy.

UNIFORMS

Several parents have reached out regarding some new items on the Dennis uniform site that

appear to be a different color. I have contacted Dennis to inquire as to why the items appear to

be a darker, different color on the website. Please note: Dennis is transitioning in a few new

items so that is why you see some additional options on the website. The color that appears

darker is indeed the same green as the NDS uniform- it just appears darker in the picture.

Anything listed on there is an option for the NDS uniform. Thank you for those who made me

aware of these new items/changes.

Upcoming Dates:

May 18: First Holy Communion, 10 a.m.

May 21: 8th grade’s last day on campus

May 24: Minimum Day for Graduation: GraduationMass, 3:00 p.m. with graduation at 4:30 p.m.

May 27: No School, Memorial Day

June 4: Move up day, field day; Minimum Day

June 5: Last day of school, Dismissal @ 10:15
